BECOME A HOST
FilmBase takes a flat 10% of each confirmed booking. There are no listing fees and no hidden charges. Card payments carry a processing fee charged by the payment provider; FilmBase adds nothing on top of it.
Proof of identity / ownership
- Valid ID or passport confirming the account holder’s identity
- Proof that you own the location, or have the right to rent it out (title deed / lease agreement that permits subletting / construction agreement that does not restrict use for filming) — this prevents listings for locations that aren’t actually yours
Location qualifications
- Real photos of the space (not internet/stock photos)
- Basic details: floor area, ceiling height (important for film crews), parking, load-in access for equipment, power outlets for production power, restrooms, and a hair/makeup or wardrobe area
Safety / legal
- Location insurance (if available), or acceptance of liability terms in case of damage during filming
- Any noise or time-of-day restrictions that apply to filming (e.g. apartments may restrict loud noise at night)
- Permission from the building management / homeowners association, if the location is in a controlled area
Contact / payment info
- A working phone number or email for coordination
- A bank account or payment method for receiving booking payments
เอกสารยืนยันตัวตน/กรรมสิทธิ์
- บัตรประชาชน/พาสปอร์ต ยืนยันตัวตนเจ้าของบัญชี
- หลักฐานว่าเป็นเจ้าของสถานที่ หรือมีสิทธิ์ให้เช่าได้ถูกต้อง (โฉนด/สัญญาเช่าที่อนุญาตให้ subletting/สัญญาก่อสร้างที่ไม่ห้ามใช้เพื่อการถ่ายทำ) — ป้องกันปัญหาคนเอาสถานที่ที่ไม่ใช่ของตัวเองมาลงประกาศ
คุณสมบัติของสถานที่
- รูปถ่ายจริงของสถานที่ (ไม่ใช่รูปจากอินเทอร์เน็ต)
- รายละเอียดพื้นฐาน: ขนาดพื้นที่ เพดานสูงเท่าไหร่ (สำคัญมากสำหรับกองถ่าย), ที่จอดรถ, ทางเข้าออกสำหรับรถขนอุปกรณ์, ไฟฟ้า/ปลั๊กรองรับไฟกองถ่าย, ห้องน้ำ, พื้นที่แต่งหน้า/เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า
ความปลอดภัย/กฎหมาย
- ประกันสถานที่ (ถ้ามี) หรือยอมรับเงื่อนไขความรับผิดชอบหากเกิดความเสียหายระหว่างถ่ายทำ
- กฎเรื่องเสียง/เวลาที่อนุญาตให้ถ่ายทำ (เช่น อพาร์ตเมนต์อาจมีข้อจำกัดเรื่องเสียงดังตอนกลางคืน)
- ใบอนุญาตจากนิติบุคคลอาคารชุด/หมู่บ้าน (ถ้าสถานที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ควบคุม)
