Notes from host: Additional Charges & Conditions Painting/repainting: labour and paint charged at actual cost. Drilling, cutting or fixing/attaching items: 500 THB per point. Video shooting outside the studio floor/area: additional 5,000 THB per location/point. Electricity charges start from 3,000 THB where electricity is used continuously. Overtime: An additional 10–20% of the total rental price per hour. Setting/setup day before shooting: 50% of the studio rental price. Cancellation / Date Changes If you cancel or change the studio booking: On the booked shooting date: penalty of 100% of the studio rental price. 1 day before the booked date: penalty of 50% of the studio rental price.
